International Delivery
We ship to 42+ countries worldwide. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We’ll always display an estimated delivery window at checkout.
Currently we do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, or sanctioned territories. For a full list of shipping destinations, please contact us.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your Celestret products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
For products received damaged or incorrect, we offer free returns and an immediate replacement or refund — no questions asked.
How to Return an Item
- Email returns@celestret.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid returns label (UK orders only; international return shipping is at the customer’s cost).
- Pack the items securely and drop them at your nearest post office.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
